Hi everyone,

Welcome to my website and psychotherapy practice. We offer virtual and in-person services through my Lion’s Head, Ontario office. Lion’s Head is located on the amazing Bruce Peninsula, a haven for many natural wonders of flora and fauna, including the black bear. The Bruce Peninsula is my spiritual home, and I am grateful to live, work and play within this beautiful UNESCO Biosphere.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, Independent status (CRPO), and have over 25 years of experience in working with children, youth, families, and adults. My qualifications include Intergenerational Trauma Treatment, Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (and Supervisor), and Play Therapy. I am also a Clinical Supervisor for CRPO Graduate Candidates and RPQs. (Registered Psychotherapists Qualifying). See our Team section.
